Mentoring is an opportunity to review and improve aspects of your inner personal life — in person, over the phone or online — with someone in your corner.
Everyone's life is busy, and there's always too much to do — add in caring responsibilities, a sprinkle of neurodiversity, fatigue, grief or any other challenge, and life quickly becomes overwhelming. I understand the challenges of disability from both a personal and professional point of view, and the extra emotional, physical and psychological work that brings.
Parenting, or being the child of an ageing parent, can increase your workload and worry at home. Being the only adult in the household brings its own challenges — and having someone to talk your ideas and decisions through with can be helpful and calming. I want you to feel you're not on your own.
We're all individuals, so mentoring looks different for everyone. I take a person-centred approach and adapt my style to your needs and circumstances — always working together to determine what support is genuinely useful, at a pace that suits you.
